RECENT WORK. EVERYDAY COMFORT.
Steady Toilets, Clear Drains: Recent Bathroom Repairs
Three separate service calls, a careful look at the cause, and a clean finish.

A toilet should feel steady, and a bathtub should drain when you pull the plug. Here are three recent, separate jobs where our team helped customers get those everyday details working again.
A wobbly toilet: the floor was the issue
We were called about a toilet installed by someone else that rocked when used. Our team checked it and found the flange was fine. The tile beneath the toilet was not level.
We installed wedges and grout to correct the uneven support and steady the toilet. Finding the cause mattered: the repair addressed the floor support rather than replacing a flange that did not need replacement.

A slow tub drain: hair near the drain opening
On a separate local call, a bathtub was draining slowly. Sometimes the cause is easy to reach; other times, a slow drain needs more investigation.
This one had a large buildup of hair caught near the initial drain opening. Our plumber removed the obstruction and restored full flow. The photo shows the hands-on work—and some of the hair that was causing the problem.

A customer-provided toilet, installed and cleaned up
We also replaced a toilet with one the customer supplied. The before-and-after photos show the work area with the old toilet removed and the replacement in place.

We take pride in the finish, including cleaning up our work area. If you already have a toilet you would like installed, tell us when you request service so we can discuss the installation.
