Advantage Plumbing has been part of this community since 2003. We’re Todd and Nikki Lomerson, and we took over ownership in 2025 to build on that history and give our neighbors a service company they could feel good about calling.
We were both raised in this community, and we’re purposely raising our own family here, too. Todd spent 14 years serving our country, and serving the community we call home is deeply personal to us. We are locally operated and family-owned, and we are not owned by a private equity firm.
We have many years of experience in managing complex organizations and leading strong teams. Those experiences taught us that doing a job well starts with great people, clear communication, and following through on our commitments. We bring that same approach to Advantage: support our team, keep learning, and take care of the people who count on us.
We love people, and we’re proud to continue the Advantage legacy. This is where we grew up, where we’re raising our children, and where our neighbors become our customers. We want you to feel comfortable calling us, whether you have a small question or a plumbing problem that has turned your day upside down.
We’ve been on the homeowner’s side of the kitchen table, too. We know how frustrating it feels to face a repair you don’t fully understand, a big estimate, and pressure to make a quick decision. You deserve a clear explanation and room to ask questions.

We give pricing over the phone whenever we reasonably can. If a job needs an onsite evaluation, we’ll explain why. If we find another issue, we’ll make a recommendation and let you decide.

Fair pricing needs to cover skilled people, equipment, materials, and careful work. It also needs to respect the customer. We believe both can be true.

One young homeowner was told she needed an approximately $18,000 repipe. Our estimator found that her home had already been repiped. The water was entering around a window, and her plumbing was fine.
