Every day at Advantage Plumbing starts with a purpose: doing meaningful work, caring for our people, and serving the customers who count on us.
You know us as Advantage Plumbing. Behind that familiar name is our business, Purpose Ventures Inc. When we chose the name Purpose Ventures, we wanted it to remind us why we do this. Building a business should mean more than staying busy. It should mean doing work that matters, caring for people, and leaving things better than we found them.
God. Family. Country.
Those three words describe what grounds us. Our faith in God calls us to serve with humility and integrity. Family reminds us that every customer and every employee has people who depend on them. Country reminds us to appreciate the freedom to build something worthwhile—and to contribute through honest work and service.
We were both raised in this community, and we are purposely raising our own family here, too. We spent 14 years serving our country. Continuing the Advantage Plumbing legacy is another way to serve the place we call home.
