WHAT WE LOOK AT

Share the model number and displayed code so we can prepare for a diagnostic visit.
Water conditions and manufacturer instructions guide an appropriate service discussion.
A PRACTICAL PLAN
A tankless unit heats water as it flows through the equipment. Capacity still matters: using several fixtures at once can require more output than a particular unit can provide.
For a new installation or conversion, we review the existing fuel or electrical supply, location, venting where needed, and connections. An accurate scope includes the changes needed to support the chosen model, rather than only the price of the heater.
Maintenance also belongs in the comparison. Rinnai advises periodic filter checks and professional flushing, with the interval influenced by water quality. Follow the instructions for your particular model, and keep service access in mind when choosing a location.

HOW WE WORK
Share the symptoms, address, and any photos or prior estimates. We give pricing information over the phone whenever we reasonably can.
We explain what we find, the proposed work, and any access or scope questions. You have room to ask questions and compare options.
We recommend the work the property needs. If something changes during the job, the scope and your options belong in the conversation.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
A unit can continue heating while operating within its capacity. Simultaneous demand still needs to be matched to the equipment.
Not automatically. Water still travels from the heater to the fixture. Recirculation and pipe layout are separate considerations.
