RECENT WORK. THE RIGHT SCOPE.

A Kitchen Drain Repair: Replace the Problem Lines, Skip the Oversell

Recurring kitchen sink stoppages called for a focused repair. We replaced the problem drain lines without selling a bigger job.

This customer was dealing with severe stoppages in the kitchen sink drain. The problem involved the cast-iron piping, and it needed more than another temporary clearing.

A repair focused on the problem lines

Our team completed a partial re-drain, replacing the lines causing the trouble. The job was focused on the affected piping rather than selling a larger replacement the customer did not need.

The project photos show the existing cast iron and the replacement piping in the crawl space. Working below a home can mean limited room and careful access, but the goal stays straightforward: address the problem with a clear repair scope.

What a partial re-drain means

A partial re-drain replaces the affected portion of a drain system. It does not mean replacing every drain in the house. For this customer, we replaced the problem kitchen drain lines with new piping and connections.

Fix the problem. Skip the sales games.

Every job deserves a recommendation based on what is actually happening. We did not oversell this repair—we replaced the problem lines. Clear answers and a focused scope help customers understand the work they are choosing.
